Olivia Attwood has revealed her dramatic 'mini nervous breakdown' as she recaps her wild week to followers, which included appearing on live TV, flying to France, and partying until 5 a.m.
A Week of Highs and Lows
The reality TV star, 35, reflected on her busy week on Instagram, telling her followers: "I was just reading my diary. Landed back from 24 hours under Ibiza. Had a mini nervous breakdown. Threatened the internet to release everything from my receipts and screenshot folder."
Her meltdown was related to her ex Bradley Dack, as it was confirmed he had moved on with his ex-girlfriend. Olivia had previously raged on Instagram: "These people get tangled in their own web of lies. All you have to do is sit back and wait. Took seven months of people trying to make me think I was crazy and they are all coming out the woodwork now."
Retail Therapy and Partying
In another fiery post last week, Olivia said: "I have definitely beat up myself over my poor judgement over the last decade, but I guess I could of spent 10 years as the bit on the side/professional bench warmer, so silver linings I guess."
She later said her management encouraged her to be the "bigger person" and that she wouldn't release any screenshots. "The screenshots are on pause because my manager wanted me to be the bigger person," she told fans, as she wandered around Selfridges with a pal. "I'm going to have a spontaneous night out but I'm wearing Vans so we're going to go buy some shoes."
From Breakdown to Success
In her August 6 post, she detailed her emergency retail therapy: "[Went] to Louboutin on to calm my nervous system with new shoes. Didn't calm me enough, so went dancing in a gay bar till 5 a.m. Got up the next morning. Thought, f**k this. Got on a plane to Saint-Tropez. Partied in Saint Tropez for three days."
She continued: "Land in the UK. Appeared on breakfast television to promote my new show. Said new show, The Price of Perfection, goes to number one on ITVX, the most watched show on the platform. Thank you, Chef's Kiss. Drive to Wales to collect my two dogs from Doggy Residential and back."
Business Boom and More
Olivia also shared news about her canned alcohol business, Savano, revealing it would be stocked in several supermarkets. "You'll like this one. Have a meeting to find out that four major supermarket chains want to stock Savano. My Cosmopolitan magazine cover has launched. It's not even been a week!"
She joked about possibly getting married to top off her week: "There's actually 10 more hours left, so it's one week. What shall I do neck tattoo, shave my head, get married. Come on!"
In the caption, she urged fans not to tell her to slow down: "Not bragging .. just literally reading my diary… give me some ideas … (& don't say anything about rest that's boring)."
