Nine celebrity guests at Russell Brand and Laura's wedding

Russell Brand married Laura Gallacher in 2017 at St Nicholas Church in Remenham, near Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, with around 100 guests in attendance, including several well-known figures.

Brand, then 42, tied the knot with the mother of his three children in a ceremony that drew attention both for its guest list and for the later fallout among some of those present.

Musicians and TV Hosts Among the Guests

Noel Gallagher, a former friend of the groom, was one of the most prominent attendees. The two had been close for nearly 20 years, but Gallagher ended both personal and professional ties with Brand in April 2025, reportedly after being urged to distance himself by his daughter, Anaïs.

Television broadcaster Jonathan Ross attended with his wife, screenwriter Jane Goldman. Brand became widely known after appearing on Friday Night with Jonathan Ross in May 2006, and the pair grew close. Both were later involved in a scandal over a prank call on BBC Radio 2 and the recording of offensive voicemails for actor Andrew Sachs.

Comedians and Family Members

Hollywood actor Jason Segel, who starred alongside Brand in the 2008 film Forgetting Sarah Marshall, also travelled to the service. Additional entertainment industry guests included comedian David Baddiel and television presenter Fearne Cotton.

The guest list also included several members of the bride's family, such as her sister, television presenter Kirsty Gallacher, and her father, former Ryder Cup captain Bernard Gallacher. Professional golfer Sam Torrance, a close family connection through the golfing world, also attended.
