Nicola Roberts has become a mother for the first time. The former Girls Aloud star, 40, announced the birth of her daughter on Instagram on Sunday, revealing the baby arrived two weeks early.
Sharing the news, Roberts wrote: 'Our beautiful baby girl is here. We haven’t stopped staring at her perfect little face or kissing her softest little head. She arrived healthy and content a couple of weeks ago at 38 weeks weighing 6.5lbs and is thriving. It’s heaven on earth with her and we can hardly believe she’s ours.'
The singer posted photos of her fiancé Mitch Hahn carrying their daughter in a travel chair as they left hospital, along with a picture of the baby's tiny hand. The post was met with congratulations from friends including AJ Odudu, Katie Piper, and Jess Wright.
Roberts announced her pregnancy on Christmas Day, saying she was five months pregnant. At 22 weeks, she underwent surgery to 'help keep her baby in', and later described reaching the 34-week mark as 'a big relief'.
Roberts and Hahn, a semi-professional footballer, have been dating for four years. Hahn proposed in 2024 while the couple were on holiday in the south of France.
