MTV star Tyler Duckworth has died at the age of 44. He won MTV's The Challenge twice and joined the cast of Real World: Key West in 2006.

The TV star was reportedly found dead in his bathroom and died on Tuesday just before noon. Authorities told People magazine that officers were sent to Tyler's residence on Tuesday when a neighbour reported water coming through the ceiling from his apartment.
Police have told the outlet that there "doesn't appear to be any signs of foul play or suspicious death" and that an investigation into the cause of death is underway.
