Supermodel Miranda Kerr has given fans a glimpse into her wedding day with Snapchat billionaire Evan Spiegel, sharing intimate snaps in this month's Vogue. The pair exchanged vows in the back garden of their £9million Brentwood, California, home in front of fewer than 50 guests.
Kerr stunned in a custom-made Dior gown designed by Maria Grazia Chiuri. Spiegel, 27, founded Snapchat at age 22 while at Stanford University. He is now worth $4 billion according to Forbes, making him one of the world's youngest billionaires.
The couple first met at a Louis Vuitton dinner in New York in 2014. Spiegel, who drives a Ferrari and is a licensed helicopter pilot, upgraded to a seven-bedroom home just two months before proposing. The 7,164-square-foot property features city views, a pool, and guest house.
Spiegel famously turned down a $3 billion acquisition offer from Facebook in 2013. He has been described as headstrong and controlling, and was forced to apologise for misogynistic emails from his university days. Despite the controversies, Snapchat remains one of the most popular apps globally, used by celebrities like Kim Kardashian and Rihanna.
