Miley Cyrus Goes Topless in New Video, Says She's Not Afraid to Quit Music

Miley Cyrus has released the music video for her new single 'Wrecking Ball', in which she appears fully naked sitting on a demolition ball. The video, directed by Terry Richardson, shows Cyrus crying at the start before wielding a hammer as the room around her is destroyed.

'Wrecking Ball' is the second single from her upcoming album 'Bangerz', following her UK number one 'We Can't Stop'. The singer has faced controversy after her raunchy performance with Robin Thicke at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards, reportedly leading to her being dropped from the cover of Vogue by editor Anna Wintour, who found the performance 'distasteful'.

Cyrus has stated she is not afraid to quit music if necessary, adding that she is comfortable with her artistic choices. 'Bangerz' is set for release in the UK on October 7 and in the US on October 8, with speculation of a collaboration with Britney Spears, though neither artist has confirmed.
