Michelle Dockery has confirmed she is pregnant with her first child, debuting her baby bump at the premiere of Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale in London. The actress, 43, wore a pale blue strapless gown with a matching mesh cape and silver jewellery as she walked the red carpet at the Odeon Luxe in Leicester Square.
She was joined by her husband Jasper Waller-Bridge, brother of Fleabag creator Phoebe Waller-Bridge. The couple married in September 2023 in a London ceremony attended by fellow Downton Abbey stars including Elizabeth McGovern, Hugh Bonneville, Lesley Manville, and Joanne Froggatt.
Michelle, who plays Lady Mary Crawley, previously suffered the loss of her fiancé John Dineen in 2015 after a rare form of cancer. She has since described herself as a widow "at heart". She met Jasper in 2019 through mutual friends and they announced their engagement in The Times in January 2022.
