Meghan Markle's new lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard, is set to provide her with a significant boost in both confidence and purpose, according to body language expert Darren Stanton. The Duchess of Sussex launched the brand's website and Instagram account last month with a vintage-style video of herself cooking and arranging flowers.
A trademark application filed on February 2 reveals plans for downloadable and printed recipe books, tableware, textiles, and jams and marmalades. Stanton, speaking on behalf of Betfair Bingo, noted that the venture indicates Meghan is in a good place and motivated, adding that she has a real skill in connecting with people effortlessly.
Stanton highlighted two key benefits: inner confidence and resilience. He said Meghan's levels of confidence have grown from fronting events alone and alongside Prince Harry, and her resilience has developed noticeably in recent years. Her neutral speech tone and upright posture in public appearances suggest she feels strong and comfortable in her own skin.
The expert believes Meghan will go from strength to strength with her new brand, which gives her fulfilment and a sense of purpose after a turbulent few years. The brand's name references Montecito, the California enclave where she and Harry reside.
