Meghan Markle's Birthday Video Sparks 'Orchestrated' Backlash
Meghan Markle's Birthday Video Called 'Orchestrated'

Meghan Markle's 45th birthday posts on social media have sparked fresh criticism, with a royal commentator claiming they felt "orchestrated" and "unnatural". The Duchess of Sussex shared a video of herself dancing in her Montecito kitchen, surrounded by balloons, and photos of her jumping into a pool with balloons.

Critics Question Authenticity

Speaking on The Royals Uncensored, journalist Dan Wakeford said: "It's like everything with Meghan. It felt like a curated content strategy. It didn't feel natural, it felt very orchestrated for headlines."

He added: "The 'It's giving Mrs' t-shirt says everything about where Meghan is right now, still very much selling the marriage as the brand. Everything felt very orchestrated and curated. It didn't feel natural and that's Meghan's big problem."

Presenter Jo Elvin also took aim, saying: "She marked the occasion by jumping into a swimming pool. Then there was the dancing with the supermarket bought tiara." She described the video as feeling "cringe".

Royal Reunion Unlikely?

The criticism follows the Sussexes' recent visit to the UK, where they stayed at Highgrove House with King Charles and Queen Camilla. Despite this, TV presenter Nick Ede told Cafe Casino: "I don't think we will [see a public royal reunion]. I think that [Meghan] will remain close to the King and Queen in private moments but not publicly or with William and Kate."
