Meghan Markle made a surprise appearance at a Girl Scout camp in Ojai, California, on Wednesday to attend a special screening of the documentary 'Cookie Queens.' The Duchess of Sussex beamed as she posed for selfies and photos with the campers, as well as with the documentary's staff and crew.
Casual Chic Outfit
Prince Harry's wife looked chic in casual attire, consisting of a brown knitted top, a pair of white shorts and dark loafers. Her hair was tied in a high ponytail, and her make-up was fresh and glowy.
About 'Cookie Queens'
'Cookie Queens' is a documentary about four girls who “strive to be a top-selling 'Cookie Queen,' navigating an $800 million business in which childhood and ambition collide.” Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are among the 13 executive producers through their Archewell Productions company.
Advice from Prince Harry
On Tuesday, Meghan attended another screening of the film in Los Angeles, where she participated in a Q&A. She revealed what her husband, Prince Harry, told her to get through “really hard days.” Meghan said, as per People: “I think so much of it, funny enough, I was thinking about something my husband told me ages ago, because we all go through experiences and life is full of surprises. But you know, he was a helicopter pilot in the British Army for 10 years. And sometimes on really hard days, he said, ‘Hey, but my love, you know, even if there’s a storm happening above the storm, the sun’s always shining.’”
Recent Europe Trip
Meghan’s appearances this week come after the couple’s recent trip to Europe, where they spent time in Portugal and Britain. Harry spent five days in his home country, while Meghan and their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, made an under-the-radar visit to Gloucestershire to meet the King and Queen privately at Highgrove House.
