Meghan Markle judge defends against 'ridiculous' rumours

MasterChef Australia judge Poh Ling Yeow has defended Meghan Markle against rumours of on-set tension, branding them "ridiculous." The Duchess of Sussex appeared as a guest judge on the show just weeks ago.

Rumours of Tension Dismissed

Speculation had suggested that Meghan, 45, became "very frustrated" after Yeow referred to her as "royalty," despite reports that Meghan's team had requested no mention of her royal connections. Yeow was said to have been left "upset" and eager to apologise.

However, speaking on a Perth radio programme, Yeow said this was not the case, stating that the whole team had a "lovely time" with Prince Harry's wife on set.

Yeow's Response

When asked about the rumours, Yeow said: "It's ridiculous. It's the first time anything like that has happened to me. So it's been very eye-opening to me to see what Meghan cops every day, and it's really full on."
