Meghan Markle was criticised on TalkTV after it was reported that the Sussexes are "happy to be back" in the UK, with settling Prince Archie, seven, and Princess Lilibet, five, "remaining their focus". Archie and Lilibet have now enrolled for the new school year following the family's move back to the UK.
Harry's planned return to America
However, royal biographer Angela Levin pointed out that despite only being back in the UK for a matter of weeks, the Duke of Sussex, 41, is already planning to return to America this month. Speaking to TalkTV host Jeremy Kyle, Angela added that it is currently unknown whether Meghan, 45, will join him.
"What they call being very helpful to their children is going to last about a week," she said. Jeremy acknowledged that work can often take people away from their families, but revealed that he makes sure to do the school run every afternoon.
Questions over school run
"Potentially, within seven days of joining their new school in, to them, a foreign country, their parents are going to leave them with staff and disappear back to America?" he asked.
Angela clarified once again that Meghan could remain in the UK with her children, prompting the presenter to question whether the Duchess of Sussex has ever done the school run. "I doubt it. They'll have two or three people to come and look after the children," Angela responded. "She never did it in America. She says how scared she gets and how difficult it all is."
Presenter's criticism
The presenter went on to slam Meghan further, revealing someone told him that "the nearest she will get to being royal is that she's a drama queen". "It's true though, isn't it?" he asked.
Angela replied: "She doesn't feel anything like that affects her because she's too good. She just makes sure that nobody can tell her what to do because she's above everyone." She claimed that Meghan is "not interested" in having a kind father-in-law in King Charles, leading Jeremy to brand her a "narcissist", adding: "She's obsessed with herself and how far she gets!"
Commentator's reaction
It comes after royal commentator Kinsey Schofield claimed everyone is officially "done" with the Sussexes. "I would love to hear Prince Harry define consequences because this is all the consequences of his own actions. Stepping down as a working member of the British royal family, losing those privileges, including security, losing his home at Frogmore Cottage, having to stay like a bum in a friend's guest house in the Cotswolds until he can get enough money together to buy his family some monstrous villa or whatever over there."
She declared: "These are all the consequences of Harry's actions. And this all starts with Harry and Megan. And the fact that he never acknowledges or takes accountability for his actions is why we're all done with the Sussexes."
