The Masked Singer US unveiled its Scarab as Oscar-nominated actor Taraji P. Henson during the double elimination episode of season 14 on Wednesday night.
After performing a cover of Cyndi Lauper's 'Girls Just Want To Have Fun', Henson was unmasked, prompting host Nick Cannon to praise her as 'the most decorated celebrity we've ever had'.
Henson earned her Academy Award nomination for her role as Queenie, a nursing home caretaker, in David Fincher's The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, alongside Brad Pitt. She is also known for her roles in Empire and Person of Interest.
