Love Island star Olivia Hawkins has revealed she 'doesn't recognise' herself after dissolving her lip fillers in a dramatic transformation. The reality TV personality, who first appeared on the show in 2023, shared a video on Instagram showing off her natural lips for the first time since 2021.
In the clip, Hawkins covered her mouth before revealing her new look, admitting she was nervous but excited. 'I've had all of my lip filler dissolved. I'm actually so nervous to show you all but I'm really excited at the same time because I'm so happy with them!' she said. She added that she had wanted to dissolve the filler for 'the longest time' and that it felt 'so weird' to see herself without it.
Fellow Love Islanders flooded the comments with support. Anna Vakili called her 'beautiful', Andrada Pop said she 'love[s] it', and Jess Harding commented: 'They look amazing wow!!!' Hawkins, who also appeared on Celebs Go Dating, was first coupled with Kai Fagan on Love Island series nine before being dumped with Maxwell Samuda. She later returned for All Stars, where she coupled with Marcel Somerville.
Hawkins has kept up with recent Love Island series, calling the latest season 'one of the most dramatic' she has ever watched. She predicted that none of the final couples would last, though winners Cash Mercer and Toni Laites, as well as runners-up Shakira Khan and Harry Cooksley, are still together.
