Love Island's Lola and Sean Break Silence After Exit

Love Island stars Lola Deal and Sean "Fitzy" Fitzgerald have broken their silence after leaving the villa, reflecting on their journey and future as a couple. The pair, who became one of the most talked-about couples on the show, dropped the "L-bomb" just two weeks into the series, establishing themselves as a strong pair. However, their relationship faced heavy scrutiny from viewers and fellow Islanders.

Exit Interviews and Reflections

In her exit interview, Lola said she "couldn't have asked for a better journey with someone." She described leaving as "the perfect end to our journey," adding: "Me and Sean were really happy to have gone. We had the most incredible time there. We met the most incredible people and most of all, we found each other." She noted that the other couples had more to learn, while she and Sean were "in a really good place."

Sean echoed her sentiments, saying he felt "mixed emotions" but was "quite happy in the sense that me and Lola get to start our life together." He described his experience as "a great success because I found Lola on day one" and said leaving felt like getting his "happy ever after."

Addressing Controversy: Casa Amor and Feuds

During the show, Sean faced scrutiny after footage revealed a three-way kiss in Casa Amor. Lola said she didn't feel upset because she has "so much trust" in Sean. "He reassures me all the time, every single day. I know how much he loves me. I know he'd never intentionally hurt me," she said. Sean credited their "open communication" for her reaction, adding: "It definitely had more of an impact on me than it did on her. If I could take it back, I would. But it was just a game."

Lola also addressed her feud with Casa Amor bombshell Julia Majchrzak, saying she felt disappointed because Julia "was trying to crack on with the one boy who was exclusive and I'd told her that." However, she stressed there was no drama between the girls and that she and Sean felt "so loved" by their fellow Islanders.

Future Plans: Moving to Dublin and Travel

Looking ahead, Lola said she plans to move to Dublin to be with Sean. "All we did in there was talk about the future and now we actually get to start that next chapter. We've got loads of plans. I've said I'll move to Dublin, which I'm so excited about." She also mentioned traveling together and enjoying "normal life" like having a Chinese takeaway and watching movies.

Sean confirmed their travel plans: "We want to do a bit of travelling first. We want to go to a few different places, maybe Thailand, Australia and around there. Then obviously she said she wants to move to Dublin. We're going to get a little apartment and start life together."

Strong Bond from Day One

Both Lola and Sean said they knew they had something special from the start. Lola recounted: "I coupled up with Sean from day one. I really fancied him to start with but up until we'd got into bed that night, we hadn't really had an opportunity to speak. Then the minute we got into bed and we started talking, I was like, 'I really like this boy.'" She added that their relationship went "from strength to strength."

Sean said he knew Lola was the girl for him straight away and had "absolutely zero interest" in getting to know other girls in Casa Amor, despite them being his "usual type." He also praised his friendship with fellow Islander Lorenzo, calling him "a brother for life."
