Fans quickly noticed the song choice, with lyrics declaring: "Don't explain yourself 'cause talk is cheap. There's more important things than hearing you speak."
The clip surfaced just hours after Lorenzo posted Instagram photos with Julia, captioned: "Dating 101: backstage at Keinemusik." It also followed images of Lorenzo with another woman on his shoulders at a concert, prompting fans to encourage Julia to 'move on' from their romance.
