Love Island Star Zach Noble Hospitalised After Girlfriend's Dog Bites His Face

Love Island star Zach Noble has been rushed to hospital after his girlfriend's dog bit his face, requiring six stitches and a tetanus injection. The 28-year-old personal trainer, who appeared on the ITV2 dating show in 2023, shared a video on Instagram documenting the incident.

In the clip, Zach and his girlfriend, internet personality Ava Hirons, 24, are seen in a hospital. Over the footage, he wrote: 'POV: WHEN I HAVE TO PUT UP WITH HER ADHD AND THE FACT HER DOG BIT ME.' He jokingly told Ava: 'Ever since you entered my life, things have just gone downhill, proper.'

The video shows Ava's dog lounging on Zach's chest, followed by a photo of his lip wound in A&E, captioned '4 HOUR WAIT' and later '6 STITCHES'. The post ends with a picture of the dog, captioned 'FOR THIS REALLY'. Zach summed it up: 'What a dog.' Ava commented: 'It's true guys... I did it he should leave me.'

Zach and Ava confirmed their relationship in October 2025 after being spotted together in London. Ava is the daughter of Caroline Hirons, the skincare expert from ITV's This Morning. Zach previously dated fellow Love Island star Molly Marsh, 24, with whom he placed fourth in the 2023 series. They split in July 2025, with Molly telling fans they remain friends.

Zach responded to a follower's comment about the dog bite, saying: 'Na was my fault.' Despite the incident, the couple appear to be taking it in stride.
