Love Island Bombshell Tina Rad's Secret History with Tommy Murphy Revealed
Love Island Bombshell Tina Rad's Secret History with Tommy Murphy

Love Island viewers are in for a surprise as bombshell Tina Rad's secret history with an Islander is about to be exposed. The ITV2 reality series has been packed with shocking developments, from a phoney double dumping to the entrance of OG Islander Aidan Murphy's sibling, Kavan Murphy, as a bombshell. The most recent episode witnessed four additional bombshells taking residence in a second villa, where they invited four contestants for an overnight stay.

New Arrivals and a Surprising Connection

The fresh cast members include shot girl Tina Rad, dancer Halle Brown, builder Finley Maddock, and civil engineer Chidi. The quartet will enter the main villa in tonight's episode (June 18). However, as the groups unite, a shocking link between one of the bombshell ladies and an existing villa lad will be revealed.

That link exists between Tina Rad and Tommy Murphy. Tommy arrived as a bombshell earlier in the series during a dramatic recoupling where he rescued Ellie Chadwick from elimination. However, it emerges that Tina and Tommy actually knew each other well before they both stepped foot in the villa. As the newcomers encounter the remaining Islanders this evening, Tina addresses Tommy, declaring: "Long time, no speak."

Background of the Bombshells

While the precise details of their connection prior to Love Island remain murky for now, it comes as little shock that their paths have previously intersected. Both reality stars originate from Newcastle and are of comparable ages, with Tommy being 28 and Tina being 25. Audiences will need to watch tonight's episode to discover whether any further tantalising revelations about their existing bond emerge.

Meanwhile, this evening's programme will also witness Simba and Angelista Gunda's romance being put to the test. Upon his return from the second villa, Simba admits to Angelista that he locked lips with Mica during the sleepover, revealing: "I just felt like I owed it to myself to explore that little bit further." He subsequently proposes wanting to head to the Hideaway with Mica to determine whether there's chemistry between them. A shocked Angelista replies: "So what's what you want to do?"

Despite Angelista becoming distressed by the disclosure, Simba continues with the Hideaway proposal and enquires whether Mica would fancy spending the evening with him there. Whether she agrees or declines will be unveiled tonight.

Love Island airs Sundays to Fridays at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
