Louise Thompson has lashed out at her ex Spencer Matthews, branding him a "loser". The 36-year-old shot to fame on Made in Chelsea 17 years ago and fans watched her endure a string of unsuccessful relationships until she met fiancé Ryan Libbey.
One of her famously tumultuous relationships was with Spencer, who she dated on-off on the show from 2012 until 2013. In a new video gushing about her fiancé, she shared a selection of clips of them together on holiday with their son Leo.
Louise's message to fans
She said: "Listen up girls. Marry the kind man. You will need alllll the kindness when life gets tough. And it always does. Really glad I found myself a kind man after a fair amount of shopping around. Patience is a virtue."
Louise went on to appear to make a dig at Spencer, adding: "Unfortunately, I spent years begging a loser for the bare minimum. So excuse me while I brag about the man whose only ever shown consistency, understanding, gentleness and that I'm the centre of this universe."

Louise and Spencer's turbulent relationship was at the centre of many storylines on Made in Chelsea, with Louise constantly confronted with cheating allegations aimed at Spencer. They finally split in 2013 after Spencer admitted to cheating on her, which led to one of the most jaw-dropping reality TV moments.
As the couple stood next to the River Thames, Spencer told her: "It's f***** hard for me to respect you when you allow me to cheat on you." It sparked an attempted slap from Louise as he mocked: "You're going to go home after this and cry your f***ing eyes out!"

Spencer is now married to model Vogue Williams, with the couple having recently welcomed their fourth child. He proposed to her backstage at The Lion King after the pair had gone to watch it in the West End, which Vogue herself admitted she had found strange.
"No shade to The Lion King, it's not even in my top five Disney movies, but it's Spenny's favourite and that's why it makes perfect sense," she said previously on a podcast. Louise mocked his proposal back in 2018, calling it "odd" and saying she "dodged a bullet".
"I honestly thought he would never settle down," she told Heat. "It's nice that anyone can change. Although, I find it so odd that he proposed at The Lion King! That would be my worst nightmare, so I'm bloody glad I dodged that bullet."
