Lorraine Kelly has questioned whether Brooklyn Beckham truly needs the money from his controversial World Cup advertisement. The aspiring chef and amateur photographer stars in a campaign for food delivery service DoorDash, where he appears to allude to his ongoing rift with his parents, Sir David and Lady Victoria Beckham.

In the advertisement, Beckham says: "You're probably wondering why I'm watching the Fifa World Cup 2026 from home." He then smiles at the camera and adds: "It's a long story." The clip shows him tossing tickets to a match onto a table.
Lorraine Kelly's Reaction
Discussing the ad on her ITV daytime show Lorraine, Kelly remarked: "Apparently there is more to come on that. You wonder to yourself – does he really need the money to do that? I just don't get it, I don't understand what is going on."
The Feud
Beckham has been embroiled in a long-running dispute with his parents since January, when he claimed they have been "trying endlessly to ruin my relationship since before my wedding, and it hasn't stopped." He also alleged that his wife, Nicola Peltz, had been "disrespected" by his family. Since then, he has not appeared publicly with his parents nor acknowledged them on social media, accusing them of controlling press narratives about their family and prioritizing "Brand Beckham."
Lady Beckham's Response
Lady Beckham addressed the feud for the first time in a recent interview with The Wall Street Journal, stating that she and Sir David "love our children so much" and have "always tried to be the best parents." The couple, famously known as Posh and Becks, are also parents to sons Cruz and Romeo and daughter Harper. Brooklyn Beckham married Nicola Peltz, the daughter of billionaire Nelson Peltz, in 2022.
