Liz Hurley and her son Damian, once inseparable, are reportedly growing apart. The mother-son duo, known for their close bond and Damian's role as his mother's Instagram photographer, are said to be spending less time together due to Hurley's relationship with country singer Billy Ray Cyrus.
Damian moved into his own property in Earl’s Court, west London, earlier this year, and a source told the Daily Mail: 'They now go out without each other, and Damian is starting to carve his own path. I've even heard that they have butted heads on occasion.'
Despite the reports, the pair continue to interact on social media. This week, Hurley shared a bikini photo, and Damian was the first to comment with five red heart emojis. In a recent interview, Hurley said she hopes to make another film with her son, adding: 'Damian and I are developing a movie, also a pilot for a young adult TV show. I love working with my child.'
Hurley and Cyrus met on the set of the 2021 film 'Christmas in Paradise' while Cyrus was still married to his first wife, Tish. Sources claim Tish was suspicious of their friendship at the time. Cyrus later married singer Firerose in October 2023 before splitting in May 2024. Hurley and Cyrus went public with their relationship earlier this year.
