Lisa Riley's Secret Jungle Struggle Revealed by Emmerdale Co-Star

Lisa Riley's Emmerdale co-star Bradley Riches has revealed the secret struggle the actress faced before entering the I'm A Celebrity jungle. The Mandy Dingle star is currently taking part in the ITV show, with Mr Riches managing her social media from home.

Speaking about her time in the camp, Mr Riches said seeing Lisa being her "true authentic self" was wonderful. He praised her kindness, listening skills and openness, adding: "We want the whole hour of Lisa!"

However, he disclosed that Lisa's biggest concern ahead of her stint was whether people would be proud of her. He said she felt calm but was nervous about missing her family, telling him: "She kept saying she wanted to make people proud of her."

The pair have become firm friends through their time on the ITV soap, often spending time together in the make-up room. Mr Riches described Lisa as a champion for queer voices and said he feels safe with her.

Mr Riches, who plays Lewis Barton, is set to release his book Autistically Me. He hopes it will support neurodiverse people and educate others. He also joked about appearing on the show himself, saying he would go to Australia if asked, despite concerns about the sensory experience.
