Liam Gallagher has claimed that his brother Noel prevented the use of Oasis songs in his upcoming documentary, Knebworth 22. The singer took to Twitter to express his frustration, stating that Noel, whom he called an 'angry squirt', blocked the songs composed by him from appearing in the film.
In a series of tweets, Liam responded to fans asking about the inclusion of Oasis tracks, writing: 'No oasis songs as the angry squirt has blocked them.' He further described Noel as 'a horrible little man' and 'a sad little dwarf', suggesting a continued rift between the siblings.
The documentary, set for release on 17 November, documents Liam's return to Knebworth 26 years after performing there with Oasis. Liam expressed surprise and gratitude for the experience, calling it 'beyond biblical' in a statement.
Noel has not publicly responded to the claims. The brothers have been estranged since Oasis disbanded in 2009 after a physical altercation. Despite ongoing speculation, a reunion has not materialised, with Noel recently stating on a podcast that there is 'no point' as they still sell records.
