Katie Price's husband Lee Andrews is allegedly still behind bars in Dubai, with claims he has irritated fellow inmates by telling "constant lies". The businessman has not been heard from for weeks, sparking speculation about his whereabouts.
Second Incarceration
Lee first went missing in May, and Katie did not hear from him for days. It later emerged he had been held at Dubai's Al Awir prison before being released in June. He initially claimed he was accused of espionage but later admitted he had a civil case in Dubai. He reportedly returned to prison for a second time in July, with his arrests linked to allegations of fraud, unpaid debts, and private civil disputes.
Inmates' Claims
His ex-partner Alana Percival appeared on a podcast with a woman known as The Chaos Corner, who spoke off-camera and alleged that Lee has annoyed his inmates with his stories. She claimed: "Even being in there like nobody likes him because all he does is just chats utter b*****ks all day long. You can imagine the ridiculous stories he's coming out with."
"He tells them every single week that he's getting out of jail. So when it gets to Thursday or Friday, he goes 'Oh, all my paperwork has been sorted. I'm getting released on Monday.' And he says it every single week. He just makes himself look like a clown. Even a couple of weeks ago, he said a famous celebrity had paid to get him out, and everyone asked who it was, and he said he couldn't say because he'd signed an NDA."
Alana added: "Absolutely wild like how much he talks and it's just none of it makes sense and you know where it comes from. Like it's it's delusional." Both Lee and Katie have previously denied Alana's claims.
Katie's Response
It had been reported that Lee had been released for a second time, but Katie has suggested she is still with her husband, as she has been wearing her wedding ring. Despite her defences, she admitted she will be "questioning" him about "a lot of things" once he is out of prison. She said: "But besides all of this, there is so much coming out about Lee and everyone is saying, 'Why isn't Kate talking?' Do you know why I'm not talking? Because there is so much, I'm just not commenting anymore. I commented when he went missing, but he's in prison, and I will be questioning him about a lot of things when he's out."
