Davina McCall, 52, has shared what she calls her 'final bikini shot' of 2019 on Instagram, showcasing her toned physique in a white two-piece. The television presenter posted the image on Monday, joking that it would be her last until summer.
McCall recently admitted to 'letting loose' over Christmas while in Australia, where she struggled to find time and motivation to exercise. However, she underwent a 10-day transformation, hitting the gym consistently to get back into shape. She shared before-and-after photos in a pale blue bikini, noting she had toned up and felt 'heaps better'.
In her Instagram post, McCall wrote: 'Here's to revving up for the new year, a time to reset. Wipe the slate clean and start again.' She credited running, Pilates, and short daily workouts from her OYG Davina website for her results.
Despite her disciplined lifestyle, McCall told Health & Wellbeing Magazine she wants to do something 'fun and naughty' in the New Year, having already given up alcohol and maintained a healthy diet. She said: 'I feel like I've given up enough... I reckon my resolution would be to start up something fun that I can do that's a bit naughty.'
