Former EastEnders star Lacey Turner has marked her youngest daughter Gipsy's first birthday, sharing an emotional update on social media. The 37-year-old actress, best known for playing Stacey Slater, took an extended break from the soap last year to focus on family.
Turner posted a heartwarming Reel on Instagram featuring photos of her daughter, set to Fleetwood Mac's 1982 hit Gypsy. The caption read: 'This is ONE!! A whole year of you baby! Today and everyday we celebrate you!!! (and your funny face). Love you forever and ever.'
The actress's husband, Matt Kay, also shared a tribute, writing: 'Gipsy... you stole my heart a year ago today and it's never been the same since. Where has this year gone? Seriously! Happy birthday my darling angel I love you so so much.'
Several of Turner's EastEnders co-stars sent their best wishes, including Balvinder Sopal, Natalie Cassidy, and Jessie Wallace. Fans also commented, with one saying: 'Happy 1st Birthday beautiful princess.'
