Kelsey Parker has shared an emotional tribute to her boyfriend, Will Lindsay, as the couple prepare to welcome their first child together. The 34-year-old, whose husband Tom Parker died in 2022, went public with her relationship with the 27-year-old tree surgeon in September, and announced her pregnancy in January.
On Sunday, Kelsey took to Instagram with a carousel of photos of the couple, writing: "Appreciation post. I know you’re not a fan of being on my social media, but I can’t help it - this moment deserves to be shared." She added: "We’re just a month away from meeting our baby, and I’m so full of gratitude. Thank you for everything you do—for me and for the kids. We love and adore you more than words can say."
Kelsey, who hosts the Mum’s the Word podcast, shares daughter Aurelia, five, and son Bodhi, four, with Tom. The Wanted singer died in March 2022 aged 33 after being diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour, glioblastoma multiforme.
Discussing her children’s excitement about the new arrival, Kelsey revealed that Bodhi wants to name the baby ‘Pawee’, while Aurelia likes ‘Violet’ from The Incredibles. She said Aurelia also suggested ‘Parker’, but noted: "We couldn’t call the baby ‘Parker Parker Parker’."
Earlier this year, Kelsey said she felt Tom had “sent Will to her” and vowed to continue Tom’s legacy. Speaking to The Standard in May, she said: "Me being with Will and having a child with Will would never take away the love that we have for Tom and the love that even Will has for Tom, because Will ultimately loves Tom’s kids."
