Kelly Osbourne delivered a defiant message to body-shamers as she struck a pose in a stunning white swimsuit aboard a luxury yacht. The 41-year-old daughter of the late Black Sabbath legend Ozzy Osbourne has endured a torrent of vicious remarks in recent months, with online trolls alleging she appears too skinny and is using the diabetes drug Ozempic for weight loss.
Defiant Response to Cruel Comments
The disgusting comments, which have seen Kelly being told she 'looks like a corpse,' are plastered across social media. Yet now the mother-of-one appeared radiant as she returned to Instagram to declare she was 'Serving sea, sun, and zero apologies.' Donning a chic white swimsuit, a massive straw hat, designer shades, and multiple gold chains, Kelly beamed her brightest smile while gazing out at a deep blue ocean.
Kelly, who parted ways with her fiancé Sid Wilson in March, has faced numerous savage taunts regarding her looks, especially following her Brit Awards appearance earlier this year. She collected the accolade alongside her mourning mother, Sharon, and was subjected to a wave of hatred with various supporters slamming her appearance and claiming she seemed too gaunt.
Speaking Out Against Online Abuse
The Osbournes personality, who was also heartlessly told she resembled a 'dead body' after her Grammys appearance, hit back: 'There is a special kind of cruelty in hurting someone who is clearly going through something.' Posting a screenshot of the vicious comments, Kelly penned: 'Literally can't believe how disgusting some human beings truly are! No one deserves this sort of abuse!'
Taking aim at her detractors once more last month, the reality television personality declared that people must be 'unwell' to be making such appalling remarks. 'I will be honest and say that I've never experienced cruelty like it,' she revealed to Us Weekly regarding the online harassment. 'And I don't think anyone deserves that kind of cruelty. You have to be very mentally unwell to say the things that people are saying about me. I feel sorry for them.'
Weight Loss Journey and Health
The Fashion Police presenter has shed weight in recent years after developing gestational diabetes while expecting her son, Sidney. Some assumed she had turned to Ozempic to drop the pounds after her mother, Sharon, confessed to trying it. Nevertheless, Kelly has consistently refuted using the medication—though she did have gastric band surgery in 2018. The celebrity dropped 85 lbs. after the significant procedure, yet she battled once more with her body image during her pregnancy with her first child, Sidney, who arrived in 2022.
