Katie Price criticizes co-parenting in latest podcast outburst

Katie Price has appeared to take another swipe at her ex-partner Peter Andre during her podcast, The Katie Price Show. Speaking with her sister Sophie, the 47-year-old former glamour model discussed parenting frustrations without naming Andre directly, though her remarks are widely seen as referencing ongoing tensions between the couple.

Price said: "When you've got a child, right. I don't know the right word, but say like with your kids. If you had someone dictating what your kids do and they won't give you a say, it's like taking your mother's instinct." She added that it hurts her feelings because she is the mother and will be forever, regardless of those who come and go.

Her sister Sophie jokingly asked if their mother had said that to her, but Price clarified it was her own sentiment. The comments come as Princess Andre's reality series, The Princess Diaries, was confirmed for a second run. Price was notably absent from much of the first series, appearing only in a brief phone cameo, while Andre and his wife Emily featured prominently.

Reports suggest Andre, 52, and Emily, 36, will now step back from filming the upcoming seasons. A source told MailOnline that the decision was made between Andre and Princess, with the family agreeing the show should focus solely on Princess now that she is 18.

The same source noted that Price was hurt over not being asked to film with Princess for season one and caused drama behind the scenes. Price previously claimed she was not allowed to appear due to Princess's management team, which also represents Andre.
