Katie Price has revealed she will not return to Dubai because she cannot create content for her OnlyFans page while in the United Arab Emirates. The 47-year-old former glamour model, who married Dubai-based businessman Lee Andrews earlier this year, said her decision to stay in the UK is career-based.
In a YouTube video, Price explained: 'I am glad to be back [in the UK]. When I am out there, I cannot do my OnlyFans.' Although the adult subscription platform is not officially banned in the UAE, it is likely only accessible via a VPN, and creating or distributing content on it there carries a fine of around £102,000.
Price's comments come amid concerns for her husband Lee Andrews, who has been missing since Wednesday. She told followers she last spoke to him during a call in which he claimed to be in a van with his hands tied, saying people were 'coming' for him. Price has contacted police in Dubai and the British embassy, but authorities have been unable to locate him.
'It's worrying that his location has gone off,' Price said. 'We're now wondering, as far-fetched as it is, if he's definitely a missing person now. I don't know if he's been kidnapped.' She added that police have found no record of him in any prison or police station in Dubai.
Price said she has been told her husband has not been arrested, and she is considering filing a missing person report if she does not hear from him by Sunday. Despite the situation, she has not flown to Dubai, relying on professionals handling the case.
