Katie Price and her former manager Claire Powell have officially buried the hatchet after their long-running feud. The pair reunited at the AO Arena in Manchester to support Katie's son Junior, who performed at the Hair & Beauty Awards. Katie also presented an award at the event.
End of a Decade-Long Rift
The reality star was managed by Claire when she was in a relationship with ex Peter Andre. Katie and Peter met on I'm A Celeb in 2004 and tied the knot just a year later, but announced their split in May 2009. Katie's relationship with Claire crumbled too, and Claire continued to manage Peter.
Claire stayed loyal to Peter during his clashes with Katie in the years that followed. Katie once swiped at Claire and suggested she was a reason for their failed marriage, claiming she felt "married to two people".
Reunion at Junior's Performance
In pics published by the Mirror, the pair were seen sitting and smiling together at the event. The pair have reportedly been on "friendly terms and speaking to one another for a year".
Katie and Peter End Their Own Feud
Katie and Peter, who share their kids Junior and Princess, revealed that they had ended their own feud after years of disputes. In a joint post on Instagram, they wrote: "Katie Price and Peter Andre have decided to close the door on the past and move forward into a new chapter with positivity and respect. We are both focused on creating a calm and supportive environment for our children."
"We have reached a mutual agreement, both legally and personally confirming that neither of us will speak negatively about the other going forward. This decision reflects a shared commitment to our family and stability."
The statement added: "We want to stand united for our children. We are hoping this is a start of a positive relationship. We ask for understanding and support from both the media and the public as we move ahead."
