Katie Price has posted a new update after having scar tissue removed from her lips, telling fans that she is fully aware of her appearance as her lips swell during recovery.

The former glamour model, 48, took to Instagram on Thursday evening to share that she had undergone further cosmetic work. She posted a selfie lying on a bed with her lips pouting after a lip lift correction procedure, writing over the image that she would 'trust the process' moving forward.
Addressing her followers, she said: 'Hey guys, yes, before you start, I know what I look like. Yesterday, I was in Brussels and I had all the scar tissue taken out of my lips so they're really swollen at the moment.' She then discussed her CBD gummies, insisting she 'wouldn't come on here looking like this' unless she genuinely cared and that it was not an advertisement.
Details of the Procedure
Earlier, Katie explained to her sister Sophie that she would be awake for the entire procedure. Speaking on The Katie Price Show, the mother of five described how she had flown to Dubai to reunite with her fourth husband, Lee Andrews, but upon return, she was scheduled for a 'lip correction.' She told Sophie: 'I'm doing my lip correction tomorrow. And I'm doing it awake, not on anaesthetic... going to Brussels because it needs doing.' She pointed to her lips to show her sister exactly what she meant.
Reunion with Lee Andrews
This update comes after Katie jetted to see Lee following his release from a Dubai jail. She had previously stated she would need answers from him to continue their brief marriage. However, their reunion may be short-lived, as reports suggest he could soon return to prison.
Lee had vanished last month after failing to join his wife in the UK, with Katie claiming he was 'kidnapped.' He later surfaced in Al-Awir prison, claiming he was locked up for 'espionage.' However, The Sun reports that Lee was jailed for unpaid debts, including thousands of pounds owed to a legal firm.
Lee's Debt Issues
Lee now has 14 days to repay the costs. This includes 266 Dirhams (£54,000) to a car rental company, Rotanna Star, dating back to 2022. A second case, which led to his arrest, involves 74,817.50 Dirhams (£15,000) owed to a UAE law firm, likely for unpaid legal fees. Due to these debts, Lee must inform the Dubai CID, though he is not an 'actively wanted' man. His representatives petitioned for his release to access bank accounts and pay the remaining debts. In a statement, they said: 'The judgment debtor appeared before the court and was questioned regarding the reason for failure to pay the debt. He stated his wife is currently outside the country and that he has been unable to access his bank account required to make payment. He requested a period of 14 days in order to settle the outstanding amount.'
Following his release, Lee also criticized his ex, Alana Percival, after she called him and Katie clowns.
