Katie Price is said to be 'devastated and heartbroken' after her puppy Rolo died just weeks after being brought home for daughter Princess's 13th birthday. The puppy was found by Harvey's carer following a 'tragic accident', according to a source.
The loss is the latest in a series of pet fatalities for the former glamour model. In November 2022, her Alsatian Sparkle was killed after escaping from her home and being hit by a car on the A24 near her West Sussex property. Another dog, Bear, had a near-miss on the same road in February 2022 but was returned unharmed by police.
In 2021, Katie claimed her dog Queenie was killed by a 'heartless delivery driver' who hit the animal and drove off without reporting it. She said security cameras captured the incident and that it was reported to police.
Earlier tragedies include the death of son Junior's chameleon Marvin in 2018, which Katie believed died of a 'broken heart' after the children moved to their father's house. In 2017, one of her horses was killed when it escaped from a field and ran onto a road, causing a crash that injured two other horses but left the driver unharmed.
Katie, who has downsized her menagerie after moving from her Surrey mansion, now only has her dog Blade remaining. The string of losses has left the animal lover grieving repeatedly.
