Katie Price: 'I look like a hamster' after Brussels cosmetic work

Katie Price told fans she 'looks like a hamster' after travelling to Brussels for her latest cosmetic work, before appearing at the 2026 National Television Awards.

The former glamour model, 48, has often attracted intense media coverage, particularly over the extreme transformations she has undergone through cosmetic procedures over the years.

Brussels procedure details

Katie told her 2.7 million Instagram followers that she recently visited Brussels to address a sizing issue with one of her breast implants. She also received facial filler around her temples, but the swelling has distorted her face.

She said: "I went to Brussels because one of my boobs was still slightly bigger than the other. So, they put a new implant in, and while they were there, I said 'Oh, go on, just put a bit more in both of them'. At the same time, where my face was hollow here, as you get older and lose weight, he put filler in for me, obviously while I'm asleep, and he does it under the muscle, right into the bone."

She said after waking up on Tuesday morning, the "swelling dropped", adding that "I look like a hamster and it's sore", which came ahead of her hitting the red carpet at the NTAs that evening.

Red carpet appearance with Princess

Katie posed for waiting cameras, sporting slicked-back black hair, embroidered shorts and a white shirt, paired with towering heels.

Joining her daughter, Princess Andre, at the event, Katie revealed: "So originally I did have a glam squad, but they've passed on doing my glam for the NTAs, because I wouldn't wear the outfits they wanted me to. They wanted to do something different. But the outfit I've chosen myself is still different, because I don't like to follow what everyone else follows."

Instead, Katie said she was "honoured" to have someone different doing her makeup, later revealed to be the MUA Made By Mitchell, aka Bolton's Mitchell Halliday. "I'm so lucky," the reality star had earlier said. "The person is absolutely iconic and at the same time, so excited to do my makeup. We're going to see how good this person is, because he's got to cover all this up."
