Katie Price has sparked concern among fans after revealing she spent Friday night in hospital. The 47-year-old former glamour model shared a photo on Snapchat showing herself with cellophane over her eyebrows while lying in a chair, captioning it: 'What a day I didn't plan on ending up in A&E on a Friday night.' She followed up with a picture of an Accident and Emergency sign, writing: 'Not what I had on my bingo card for Friday night.'
The star has not yet disclosed the reason for her hospital visit, but indicated she is now doing well. Price frequently updates fans on her health, whether for medical or cosmetic procedures. This latest incident comes amid a busy period as she moves house, sharing insights with her sister on social media while shopping for homeware.
Price has also faced recent concern over the health of her new kittens. One of her sphynx cat Doris's litter died shortly after birth, marking the eighth animal to die in her care. The remaining kittens became unwell and required emergency veterinary treatment, with Price and boyfriend JJ Salter bottle-feeding them after Doris contracted an infection. Price expressed distress on Snapchat, saying: 'All of them now have declined so bad... JJ had to rush them to the emergency vets.'
She later confirmed Doris had returned home, but has not provided an update on the kittens. A spokesperson for Price told the Mirror: 'Kate has been taking advice from the vets and has been following everything the vets have told her to do in regards to the kittens.'
