Katie Price turned heads at the National Television Awards with a dramatic red carpet transformation, saying "this is the new me" as she debuted heavy eye make-up and a bold dark lip. But the 48-year-old explained the heavy cosmetics were a necessity to hide her bruised appearance while recovering from treatments to her face.
Procedures in Brussels
During her NTA preparation, Katie took to Instagram to confirm she had undergone more cosmetic work, revealing it left her "looking like a hamster." She confessed she had been to Brussels for surgical procedures, including sorting one of her breasts which was "slightly bigger than the other."
Speaking on her Instagram Stories, the mum of five said: "So they put a new implant in, but while they were there I said, 'oh go on then. Put a bit more in both of them'." She pulled down her black vest top to show her enlarged chest and proudly said: "So, erm, yeah. This is me."
Fillers and swelling
Katie also revealed she had fillers in the side of her face. Pointing to her temple, she said: "At the same time, where my face was hollow here, as you get older and lose weight, he put filler in for me. Obviously while I'm asleep."
"And he done it under the muscle right into the bone. So, I've woken up this morning - I didn't have anything put here [her cheeks] but I think the swelling has dropped so I look like a hamster and it's sore."
History of surgeries
The new procedures come after Katie recently admitted she had lost count of how many surgeries she has had over the years. "I've maybe done, 30 or 40," she said during an interview with Olivia Attwood on The Price of Perfection in April 2026.
She first had a breast enlargement at 18 and admitted she has "no idea" how many since. When asked if the estimate of 17 or 18 was correct, Katie added: "I don't think I've had 17 but I couldn't tell." She guessed she had had 10 boob jobs, four face surgeries, plus surgery on her eyebrows, two on her nose, three on her bottom, and two on her stomach.
Despite appeals for her to stop going under the knife, Katie admitted some surgeons do reject her requests. She added: "I do listen to surgeons now. If every surgeon did what I wanted, I'd look more like a freak of nature. I don't want to look freaky."
