Karren Brady has publicly revealed the professional secrets behind her consistently glamorous and Instagram-ready looks, sharing details of the celebrity stylists who help her maintain her polished image. The 56-year-old business mogul, who serves as vice chairman of West Ham United and a member of the House of Lords, posted a series of stunning photographs on Thursday, showcasing her impeccable style and unfiltered complexion.
The Celebrity Stylists Responsible for Brady's Picture-Perfect Look
In her social media caption, Brady credited her flawless appearance to a dedicated team of industry professionals. "Makeup - @makeupbymikey Hair - @itsdash Outfit - @roland_mouret," she wrote, providing her followers with insight into the experts behind her signature look.
Her celebrity makeup artist, Mikey, boasts an impressive client list that includes television personalities Rebekah Vardy and Alison Hammond, alongside music icon Kylie Minogue and reality star Olivia Attwood. Meanwhile, her hair stylist, also named Mikey, has worked with notable figures such as model Kelly Brook, actress Rebel Wilson, and television presenter Ayda Field.
Addressing Speculation About Her Dramatic Body Transformation
The businesswoman has recently faced considerable speculation regarding her noticeable weight loss, with many questioning whether pharmaceutical interventions might be responsible. Brady has firmly denied these rumours, insisting that her transformation has been achieved through traditional methods of diet and exercise.
"I’m not on Ozempic, but questions about women’s weight come up far more often than they should," she stated in a recent interview with The Sun. "I’d much prefer the conversation to be focused around my work."
Brady expressed frustration with what she perceives as unnecessary scrutiny of women's bodies, suggesting that such discussions often aim to undermine confidence. "I think the way people talk about women’s bodies is certainly an effort to belittle them or make them feel insecure," she remarked. "I’ve been called too fat, too thin and everything in between. I’ve had a lifetime of it. All I want is to feel strong, physically and mentally."
Brady's Personal Fitness Regime and Health Philosophy
The mother-of-two maintains a rigorous exercise routine despite her demanding schedule, which includes her role on BBC's The Apprentice alongside Lord Alan Sugar, her football club responsibilities, and parliamentary duties in the House of Lords.
"You have to find the time to go, particularly as you get older," Brady explained regarding her fitness commitment. "I have a very set routine that I do, but it’s mainly cardiovascular and weights, and I don’t mind the odd swim. I go three or four times a week."
She revealed that her fitness journey has been partly inspired by her colleague Lord Sugar, describing him as a "health kick buddy" who maintains excellent physical condition. "He is great, he is very fit. He and my husband cycle when we go away on holiday. He is super fit himself, so if anyone is giving tips, it is him to me," she shared.
The Personal Motivation Behind Her Health Transformation
Brady disclosed that becoming a grandmother provided significant motivation for her health-focused lifestyle changes. Her daughter, Sophia Peschisolido, recently welcomed two sons—Leo, aged 22 months, and George, four months old.
"I have been on a health kick, I became a grandma, and I wanted to be a fit, healthy grandma, so I started eating healthy and exercising," she explained. "I haven't joined [the Ozempic Club] - bloody hard work. It is okay losing it, it is keeping it off."
The businesswoman admitted to losing approximately five kilograms before each series launch of The Apprentice to ensure she appears at what she considers her normal weight alongside her co-star. "I feel better for it. It is good because everything you put on fits," she concluded, emphasising the personal satisfaction derived from her health and fitness achievements.
