This latest sighting follows a series of worrying appearances, including stepping out in a bathrobe in New York City over the weekend. On Tuesday, he was seen in bright basketball shorts, no shirt, and an unzipped yellow hoodie, paired with a New York Yankees cap and beige furry boots. His wife, Hailey Bieber, was not present, but he was accompanied by musician Mk.gee.
Fans have taken to social media to express their alarm. One wrote: 'This young man looks decidedly unwell. I hope he gets the help he appears to desperately need.' Another added: 'He looks 40 years old. This young man needs help. Serious help. Something is eating at him.'
The concerns come amid ongoing speculation about the couple's relationship. In January, Justin unfollowed Hailey on Instagram, later claiming his account was hacked. He also unfollowed his father-in-law Stephen Baldwin and shared a controversial photo of a bong. However, he has since insisted the marriage is fine, posting photos of Hailey and stating: 'Someone went on my account and unfollowed my wife.'
