Jude Law's blended family includes a well-known footballer, Jorginho, who is stepfather to the actor's 11-year-old daughter Ada. Law, 53, has seven children from various relationships, including Ada, born in March 2015 to Law and singer-songwriter Catherine Harding. The couple split before Ada's birth.
Catherine married Arsenal and Italy midfielder Jorginho in June 2025 at Lake Como, Italy. Jorginho has two children from a previous marriage, Vitor and Alicia, and a son Jax with Catherine, born in August 2020. Ada and Alicia served as flower girls at the wedding.
In March 2025, Jorginho claimed on Instagram that Ada had a 'very upsetting situation' at Lollapalooza in São Paulo. He said Ada walked past pop star Chappell Roan's breakfast table, and a security guard allegedly spoke aggressively, leaving Ada in tears. Jorginho said the guard threatened to file a complaint, but his family had done nothing wrong.
Catherine previously told HELLO! magazine that Ada and Jorginho have an 'absolutely incredible' relationship, built over time with patience and trust. Ada was 'so happy' when Jorginho proposed and had been urging him to marry her mother.
