Joe Swash has offered fans a heartwarming glimpse into his role as a father after enjoying a family date day with wife Stacey Solomon and her former partner. The couple, who married in 2022, spent the weekend together at Silverstone for the Formula 1 British Grand Prix, accompanied by Stacey's father and the father of her son Zachary, along with his wife.
Date Day at Silverstone
Stacey Solomon, known for hosting Sort Your Life Out, shared joyful photos on Instagram of the pair, captioning them: "Mum & dad date day with you. Doesn’t matter what they say, to the moon and back @joeswash." She added: "A rare day for us. Joe’s sister has kindly taken the pickles out for the day (we love you Cassie). And we are off somewhere we’ve never been to before but always wanted to go. SO excited!! Happy Sunday Everyone. Lovvveee uuuu alll."
The couple revealed they were not alone, as Stacey's father, David Solomon, joined them. Stacey also shared that her ex, Zachary's dad, and his stepmum were part of the outing. In a video on her Instagram Story, she joked: "Do you know who is really important to bring on a date day with your husband? Your last baby daddy and his wife!" Joe added: "And your dad!"
Sports Day Joy
Days later, Joe expressed his delight at attending their children's sports day. Sharing a smiling photo with Stacey on Instagram, the former EastEnders star wrote: "Sports Day - the most important day in my diary! Picnic packed. Stacey’s fold-up chair. Best Running trainers. 30 degrees heat. I’ve only been training for this since last July!"
The couple, who live at Pickle Cottage in Essex with their three children—Rex, Rose, and Belle—faced relationship rumours earlier this year, with Stacey questioned about not wearing her wedding ring. She addressed speculation in Instagram videos and briefly stepped back from social media, returning in late April. Since then, she has appeared happier than ever with Joe and their family.
