Jesy Nelson's Sister Defends Her Against Perrie Edwards' 'Lies'
Jesy Nelson's Sister Slams Perrie Edwards' 'Lies'

Jesy Nelson's sister has come to her defense after former bandmate Perrie Edwards publicly branded her as 'difficult' in a recent podcast interview. Jade Nelson took to Instagram to express her frustration with what she described as 'lies and accusations', revealing that her sister had attempted suicide twice due to a lack of support.

In an interview on Jamie Laing's Great Company podcast, Perrie Edwards stated that she was hurt by Jesy's claims of not being supported, insisting she had 'tried everything' to be there for her friend during her final months in Little Mix. Perrie also cast doubt on a future reunion, saying she could 'cut you off' if hurt deeply enough.

Jade Nelson, however, countered these claims by describing the 'hell' her sister endured. She wrote: 'I've watched my sister go through hell and back for many many years... when you attempt to end your life not once, but twice it shows the dark place you must be in.' She emphasized that Jesy had taken accountability for her behavior but deserved compassion.

Jesy left Little Mix in December 2020, citing mental health pressures. She later released a documentary detailing her struggles. Perrie's recent comments have seemingly dashed hopes of a reunion, as she admitted she no longer has the 'capacity' for such negative energy in her life.
