Jessie J Tells Crowd 'Enjoy Your Boobs' at Silver Clef Awards

Jessie J had the audience in stitches at the Silver Clef Awards on Thursday night (July 9) with a cheeky pep talk about her breasts. The 38-year-old singer, who received the Outstanding Achievement in Music Award at London's Royal Albert Hall, humorously urged the crowd to 'enjoy your t**s' during her heartfelt speech.

Brave Speech About Breast Cancer Battle

The Price Tag hitmaker underwent two operations following an early breast cancer diagnosis in 2025. She had a mastectomy last June and is now cancer-free. Jessie J explained that the last 18 months have been the toughest of her life but have taught her valuable lessons.

She told the audience: 'What I do want to acknowledge is how important it is to make authentic music about good and bad. That's all I've ever tried to do. The last 18 months have been the most incredible, magical of my life. The hardest, but I believe that we find the truest parts of ourselves in hard times. So when you're faced with them, it's life trying to teach you something.'

Humorous Moment

The singer continued: 'To become a mum after not thinking I would... having one t** just get chopped off out of nowhere! You know what I mean. You never f*****g know when your t**s are going to be taken from you so enjoy your t**s.' The crowd roared as she added: 'That's a metaphor for life! Enjoy your t**s while you've got them! I just love life. I love telling stories and it feels good to be celebrated in what I love to do, so thank you so much.'

Silver Clef Awards Milestone

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Silver Clef Awards, the largest annual fundraising event of music therapy charity Nordoff and Robbins. Since 1976, it has raised over £17 million for music therapy. Jessie J, who gave birth to her son in 2023, first revealed her breast cancer diagnosis last June. She announced she was cancer-free in May of this year, telling fans on Instagram: 'Results are in and I am cancer-free! I sobbed for hours and then exhaled for the first time in a year.'
