Jessica Alba has shared a series of sun-drenched photographs from a beach in Queensland, Australia, where she is currently filming her latest project, The Mark. The 44-year-old actress was pictured in a red-and-white bikini, accessorised with a black hat and sunglasses, before covering up with a brightly coloured floral wrap.
Alongside the images, which she captioned "Down Under", Alba included a message reading: "You, me, let's book a flight and go," as well as a poem about embracing the ordinary and extraordinary moments of life. The poem reflected on "trips across the world" and "trips to the grocery store", concluding: "All of it is the point."
Fans responded enthusiastically, with one writing: "Australia never looked better," and another commenting: "Beautiful beautiful beautiful as always and forever." One follower noted the location, adding: "You're in one of my favourite beaches. Enjoy the sun, girl!"
Alba is in Queensland to film The Mark, a spy thriller co-starring Tom Hopper. According to the production's synopsis, she plays Eden, "an enigmatic spy on a covert and dangerous mission", whose path crosses with single father Ben Dawson. The pair become entangled in a high-stakes operation involving corrupt politicians, the CIA, Interpol and ruthless crime syndicates.
The beach photographs come a month after Alba publicly debuted her new romance with actor Danny Ramirez, following her separation from Cash Warren. The couple were first linked in May when they were spotted in London, and have since been seen together in Cancun, at the US Open and at the MTV VMAs afterparty. They made their red carpet debut in October at the premiere of Valentina, which Alba executive produced.
Alba and Warren announced their separation in January after 16 years of marriage and three children. In a statement at the time, Alba said they were moving forward "with love, kindness and respect" and would remain a family, adding that their children were their highest priority.
