Vogue Williams convinced Jamie Theakston she had gone into labour during their Heart Breakfast show on Monday, using a water balloon to pull off the prank. Williams, 40, who is pregnant with her fourth child, discreetly popped the balloon under her chair while complaining about back pain, leaving Theakston, 55, rushing to help.

As Williams shouted 'Oh my God!', Theakston quickly took her headphones off and suggested getting a taxi. He asked where her husband Spencer Matthews was, clearly taking the situation seriously. Williams played along, saying she didn't know and joking about not wanting to give birth in the studio.
The ruse ended when producers popped confetti, and Theakston sighed, 'You're kidding.' Williams admitted feeling guilty, praising Theakston for staying calm under pressure.
