Coronation Street actor Jack P Shepherd married his fiancée Hanni Treweek in a romantic ceremony at Manchester Cathedral on Saturday. The 37-year-old, who plays David Platt on the soap, and his new wife, 36, shared their first kiss as a married couple before heading to the reception.
Jack arrived in a classic red Mustang convertible alongside his son Reuben, whom he shares with ex Lauren Shippey. He wore a cream suit jacket with a black waistcoat, trousers, and bow tie. Hanni arrived 12 minutes late, posing for photos and checking her makeup before entering the venue.
Among the guests were fellow Corrie stars Lucy Fallon, Tina O'Brien, Julia Goulding, Alan Halsall, and Andy Whyment, who performed a rendition of 'Mustang Sally'. Jack's close pals Colson Smith and Ben Price served as groomsmen. However, Smith made an awkward blunder during the ceremony, though details remain undisclosed.
Guests later moved to the afterparty at Hallé St Peter's, with some stumbling out in the early hours. The newlyweds exited quietly via the backdoor to return to their hotel.
Hanni later shared an emotional tribute on Instagram, writing: 'Introducing Mr and Mrs Shepherd. Words cannot describe how beautiful yesterday was for us... Love is all you need x.' She thanked the wedding team and guests for their support.
