Former Hollyoaks actress Jazmine Franks has given birth to her first child with partner Danny Potter. The star, known for playing Esther Bloom on the Channel 4 soap from 2011 to 2018, shared the news on Instagram.
Franks posted a picture of herself and Danny walking hand in hand from a maternity ward, with Danny carrying their newborn. She captioned the image: 'Nothing feels better than this.' The post has received over 7,000 likes and congratulations from fellow Hollyoaks actors including Parry Glasspool, Kieron Richardson, Jessica Fox, and Sarah Jayne Dunn.
The actress announced her pregnancy in February, sharing ultrasound images and a photo of her baby bump. She wrote at the time: 'Here's to the biggest adventure yet. Summer 2023 is set to be a wild one! Can't wait to cause mayhem with a mini Franks-Potter.'
After leaving Hollyoaks, Franks pursued powerlifting, competing in the All-England Powerlifting Championships, and later qualified as a personal trainer during the pandemic.
