Helen Flanagan Banned from Driving for Six Months After Speeding Offence
Helen Flanagan gets 6-month driving ban for speeding

Former Coronation Street actress Helen Flanagan has been banned from driving for six months after being caught speeding. The 33-year-old star, best known for her role as Rosie Webster in the long-running ITV soap, was also fined £289 following a court hearing.

The incident occurred earlier this year when Flanagan was caught exceeding the speed limit in her car. Magistrates imposed the driving ban along with the financial penalty after she pleaded guilty to the offence.

Flanagan, who left Coronation Street in 2018 after nearly two decades on the show, has yet to publicly comment on the driving ban. The actress has recently been focusing on her family life, raising three children with footballer partner Scott Sinclair.

This isn't the first time the celebrity has faced legal trouble on the road. In 2017, Flanagan was given three penalty points on her licence for using her mobile phone while driving.

The latest conviction comes as Flanagan continues to build her profile beyond acting, having appeared on reality shows including I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! and launching her own fashion line.
