Kim Kardashian has advised a fan against undergoing plastic surgery to resemble her, after the woman claimed the procedure would save her marriage. The reality star responded to a Twitter message from the fan, who said she was planning 'head to toe' surgery to look like Kardashian because her husband 'worships' her.
Kardashian tweeted back: 'Please don't. Ur husband should love u 4 who u are! Don't try 2 b someone else. Im sure u are beautiful inside & out! Just as u are.' She later added a message to all her followers: 'Don't change yourself for anybody but yourself...be happy with who u are! Someone will appreciate and adore u just as you are.'
The 29-year-old, who has over four million Twitter followers, has previously addressed plastic surgery rumours. In an interview with ABC News in May, she said: 'I'm totally not against plastic surgery. I've tried Botox before. That's the only thing that I've done.' She also admitted insecurity about her nose, saying she had consulted a doctor but decided against surgery because she 'wouldn't look the same'.
Kardashian recently ended her relationship with American football player Reggie Bush, citing different life directions. She has since been linked to footballer Cristiano Ronaldo and another NFL player, Miles Austin. However, she told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show: 'I'm single and having a good time. I am living my life and there's nothing I want to tell you.'
