Heather Locklear has been seen for the first time since leaving rehab in November, filling up her Porsche at a gas station in Beverly Hills on Sunday night. The 57-year-old actress was accompanied by her on-off boyfriend Chris Heisser, with the pair reportedly viewing the Super Blood Wolf Moon eclipse.
Locklear checked herself out of an inpatient facility at Christmas for three days and has not returned, instead continuing treatment as an outpatient. A source said her parents had stayed with her over the holidays, but their departure has left her vulnerable to relapse.
The actress was placed on a psychiatric hold in November after an alleged altercation with Heisser. She has faced multiple legal issues, including a June 2018 arrest for crashing her car while under the influence and assaulting police officers.
