Fans of the hit hockey romance show Heated Rivalry have noticed that breakout star Connor Storrie bears a striking resemblance to a young Patrick Swayze. The actor, who plays Ilya Rozanov, has been compared to the Dirty Dancing and Ghost star since the show first aired.
Uncanny Likeness
Viewers have taken to social media to share their observations. One fan wrote: "Connor Storrie reminds me Patrick Swayze from his Dirty Dancing days. Anyone else?" Another replied: "So I’m not the first person on the internet to make this comparison?! Love this."

The show, based on Rachel Reid's Game Changers book series, follows the secret relationship between rival hockey players Ilya Rozanov and Shane Hollander. Reid has said the characters were inspired by the real-life rivalry between Sidney Crosby and Alexander Ovechkin.

Heated Rivalry season two is expected to arrive early next year, with Connor and Hudson Williams reprising their roles. New cast members Justice Smith and Charlie Gillespie will join as Harris Drover and Troy Barrett.
